Is my move still on?
From what we understand so far, Moving Companies have been classified as an essential service. Our goal is to be there to help and will do so in a safe and responsible manner. Unless we call to cancel or postpone your move, it’s still business as usual. If you have any questions or concerns about your scheduled move, please give us a call.
What precautions is DSR taking to prevent spreading COVID-19?
We are following guidelines put in place by the federal government, local governments, and the CDC. We are taking extra safety measures, using hand sanitizer throughout the move, and even practicing social distancing with our teams and customers.
What if I prefer to cancel or reschedule my move?
We completely understand if our customers feel more comfortable canceling or postponing their move until this blows over. If you want to reschedule, we will do everything that we can to find a date that works better for you.
What if I am not feeling well?
We are requiring all of our team members to stay at home if they are not feeling well, and we are respectfully asking any of our customers who are not feeling well to postpone their move date with us.
